Delivery guidelines
Production time
All products in the D3monic store are manufactured using a print-on-demand process after the order is received. The average production time is 2–7 working days. The order is only shipped after production is complete.
Shipping methods and delivery times
We ship your order via our partner Printify. Depending on the product and destination country, various shipping methods are available:
**Economy** – affordable shipping option. Delivery time within the USA is approximately 4–8 business days. International shipping is not available with Economy.
**Standard** – estimated delivery time 2–5 working days in the country of origin; 10–30 working days for international shipments
**Priority** – faster shipping method with 2–3 business days domestically and 3–5 business days internationally (depending on availability)
**Express** – available only for selected products (e.g., certain T-shirts) with a delivery time of 2–3 working days including production.
Shipping times are in addition to production time. Actual delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method, the destination country, and the respective printing provider. For deliveries to Switzerland and other countries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees may apply, which are your responsibility.
Shipping costs
D3monic covers the shipping costs for all items
Any customs duties or import fees are not included and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery.
Shipment tracking
For most shipping methods (Standard, Priority, Express), you will receive a tracking number. Tracking may be limited with Economy shipping. After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking link. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping company or customs.
Delivery address and delivery
Please provide a complete and correct delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays or returns due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Customs and taxes
For international orders (e.g., deliveries to Switzerland, within the EU, or outside the USA), additional costs may arise due to customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by the D3monic Store. Please check with your local customs authority for information on any applicable fees.
Damaged or lost shipments
Should you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the damage. In this case, we will offer a free replacement or a refund. If a package is lost, please also contact our customer service so we can initiate an investigation.
