Right of withdrawal

Cancellation policy

1. **Right of withdrawal for consumers**

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a person designated by you took possession of the goods.

2. **No right of withdrawal for personalized products**

Our products are manufactured using a print-on-demand process specifically after you place your order. For custom-made goods, there is no right of withdrawal according to Art. 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB). This means you cannot cancel the contract if the goods were manufactured according to your specifications or are clearly tailored to your personal needs. This includes, in particular, products printed with a design you have selected. Incorrectly ordered sizes or colors cannot be returned.

3. **Exception for designs that are not sufficiently personalized**

If you choose one of our pre-made designs that other customers can also order, this item is considered not sufficiently personalized. In this case, the right of withdrawal may apply. For such items, you can exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal.

4. **Returns in case of defects**

Regardless of your right of withdrawal, you are entitled to statutory warranty rights. Should your products be defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the defect. In this case, we will offer you a free replacement or a refund, and you will not need to return the goods.

5. **Consequences of Cancellation**

If you have the right to withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the contract. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

6. **Exercise of the right of revocation**

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.
